If you are switching from another provider (Dedicated server, VPS, Reseller Hosting or Shared hosting), we will be happy to assist you with your initial migration process and get you situated.
- Please note the followings:
- Only Cpanel to Directadmin and Directadmin to Directadmin migration is supported.
- Contents are transferred as it is. While we may offer initial guidance with basic software level updates, end users are responsible to ensure software level settings are properly configured (internal settings such as ftp login, config file updates, mail server change etc.)
- Must provide us with the latest Cpanel or Directadmin account backup.

- VPS must be setup with Directadmin or Cpanel and supported operating system (Centos/Debian).
- We will perform the initial "basic" setup for you. Which only includes quick default installation and basic setup. This doesn't include securing your service or optimizing OS stack.
- Up to 15 account migration is included for no additional cost, within the first 5 days of signing up. Anything more then that will be billed at the rate of $5/10 account (one time fee)
