The following ports are blocked permanently, they are commonly used for DDoS attacks. The blocks cannot be removed.
 
TCP/UDP port 17
TCP/UDP port 19
TCP/UDP port 1900
UDP port 53413
UDP port 11211
 
The following ports are blocked to prevent abuse, to request an unblock, please follow the instructions below for each port.
 
TCP/UDP port 25 - Please open a ticket with the "Support" department and provide information on how many transactional e-mails and marketing e-mails you expect to send hourly/daily/monthly.
