If any given time you would like to migrate your VPS instance to a different location/region, we can do so manually. In order to migrate your VPS instance, please follow the following steps:
- Please open a ticket under our "Sales" department with the subject : Location migration request - From (Current location) to (New location)
- There will be an one time $5 fee associated to each migration request.
- If we have enough resource to support the migration, we will respond to the ticket and generate an invoice for the service fee.
- Once paid, please respond to the ticket and we will provide you with an ETA and further details.
- Your IP address will change.
- There will be a downtime of up to 3 hours.
- While we do not anticipate any data loss, it can happen. Please ensure you have taken your backup before confirming the migration.
